An initial fitness consultation includes a thorough injury/medical history, determination of your fitness goals, girth measurements, body fat percentage calculation and fitness evaluation. Your measurements will be re-assessed periodically to track your progression while we discuss nutritional advice to assist you with a healthy caloric balance. Our clinic is equipped with contemporary fitness tools necessary to complete, full-body workouts with personal attention in our private training studio.
